Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window, so you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item should be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To start a return, simply email us at inferacare@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we’ll share the return address, a return shipping label, and easy instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note that returns must be requested in advance—items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Your satisfaction matters to us. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us right away. We’ll handle the issue promptly and make things right for you.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable ItemsCertain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). For safety reasons, we are also unable to accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to assist.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.


Exchanges
To ensure a seamless exchange experience, please return the original item. Once the return is approved, you’re welcome to place a new order for your preferred item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without the need to provide a justification.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, feel free to contact us at inferacare@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
